Central Coast Chapter, Mr. Howat is an active and well respected member of the local and state wide investigative community.

Specializing in GPS Tracking equipment and computer based digital video recording systems for custom home and workplace Security. We take a systems approach and experience solving your security needs with an on site assessment. Most of the large distributors take a package approach, bundled components which come in a large box which may sound economical but may not fit your needs. A properly designed system is more than a sum of the individual components and will work effectively and appropriately under unique and different circumstances. Packaged components may work for chain stores but not accomplish anything for your home or business.

Unlike an equipment distributor, or a monitoring company, at Santa Barbara Surveillance Systems we are not tied to any particular brand or company.
